Getting More Results - Endearing Your Content Team To You

by Larry Soul

The harmonious relationship between you and your outsourced content team is left for you to improve it. But unfortunately many internet marketers neglect to do so. Some think that getting personal with their team will lead to lack of respect and incompetence in discharging their assigned tasks. Some even abandon their tasks and pursue other things because they think you won't chastise them.

Truthfully, mingling and interacting with your team does produce more desirable effects, because most of the time you are actually pursuing the same targets. How then can you achieve this vision? Take a look at the following points and discover how to achieve that.

1. Reward your team members for their service accordingly If the CEO is a person who is niggard in reward for real service, he is sure to be losing content teams. But when a worker is rewarded handsomely for a job well done, he/she will be inclined to continue to take up service for you knowing that he/she is being paid their worth.

2. Provide your outsourced content team with more training Training your team will in return provide them with more knowledge to carry out their work for you and in turn they will feel more indebted to you as the source of their expertise which will spur them to bring out the best in them for you. In the end both of you come out in a win-win situation.

3. Appreciate Your Team by Paying Them Their Worth Money is a motivator! And anytime you pay your team their true value in monetary terms, they'll have a lot more reason to stay with you. A nagging CEO who doesn't pay his team well is sure to be hiring new content teams every single month.

4. Let your team know that you care by pursuing an out of work relationship with them A team member once lost his parent and requested that another member take charge of his duties. When he returned, I paid him for the work he was supposed to do, not minding that I also paid the other team member who had performed his task. He was so grateful that he put in his best and worked some overtime and requested not to be paid for the overtime. Now tell me if I didn't get my money back and also earned his loyalty?

I am not implying that you get out of your way every time for them, but when they may be having difficulties that may affect their productivity at work, extend a helping hand. Such gestures would soften their hearts towards you, they would feel that they are nothing without you, which will lead them to respect and rely on you the more.

Though we may have doubts that associating with members of our outsourced content team will definitely make them take you for granted. Nevertheless, the rule is that you must place some restrictions when dealing with them. When you interact with every member of your content team you have created a bond of belonging and they will see the team as a large family united by their service. This will make work fun to them and give room for improvement of your organization. Business is all about positive results, right? Therefore, seek out the services of another content manager who can work with your virtual content team if you realize that you don't have what it takes to achieve your goal.
